Complex initiatives at banks and financial institutions combine business requirements with technical dependencies and involve numerous stakeholders. What makes them demanding is not one aspect but the initiative as a whole: the right planning and structuring, sound decisions, solid design, and coordinated delivery. Turning this into a manageable initiative requires analysis, design, decisions, coordination, and delivery to work together.
I support clients with experience and combine ownership with delivery, where helpful also with AI-supported methods in analysis, testing, and documentation. Depending on the mandate, I work as a project lead, Product Owner, Scrum Master, business analyst, solution designer, or test manager, among other roles, independently and with a clear focus on outcome, quality, cost, and risk.

Example project work
As part of an upgrade project for a capital markets core platform for a German financial institution, I structured concrete cost-optimization measures and assessed several delivery scenarios in terms of timeline, effort, and risk. Alongside the management-ready decision paper, the mandate also included consolidating costs, structuring measures, and contributing to test strategy and design.
