Hosting and Server Log Files
This website is hosted by STRATO. Accessing its pages technically requires processing server log files (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser type). This processing is based on the legitimate interest in a secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR).
Log files are collected automatically by the hosting provider and are generally deleted automatically after a short period, at the latest once they are no longer needed to ensure the security of operations.
Contact
If you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, contact details, content of the message) solely to handle your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR where the inquiry aims at establishing a mandate, and otherwise Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries).
This data is deleted once your inquiry has been handled and does not result in a mandate. Where a mandate or business correspondence results, the statutory retention periods under German commercial and tax law apply (generally six to ten years).
